Praadhi Return & Replacement Policy

⚠️ IMPORTANT:
Praadhi does NOT accept returns for refund.
We offer ONE-TIME REPLACEMENT or size exchange only, as per the policy below.
Once a replacement or exchange is completed, the transaction is considered final.
No refund and no return will be issued under any circumstance after a one-time exchange.


1. ELIGIBILITY FOR REPLACEMENT

You can request a replacement only if:

  • Product received has a manufacturing defect (stitching issue, fabric damage, color bleeding, etc.)

  • Wrong item delivered (different color, size, or product)

  • Product damaged during transit (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos)

Replacement NOT applicable for:

  • Damages due to misuse, improper care, or washing

  • Removed or tampered tags/labels

  • Used, worn, washed, or altered items

  • Wrong size chosen by customer

  • Normal wear & tear or “not liked after seeing”

  • Minor color variation due to display differences

  • Custom / personalized orders

  • Products purchased under Final Sale / Clearance (marked “No Replacement”)

To qualify:

  • Request within 7 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • All tags, labels, and packaging intact

  • Provide clear photographic proof of defect via WhatsApp or Email

  • One-time replacement only (no second exchange)

  • Original invoice must be shown

Note: After a replacement/exchange is processed, no further return or refund will be accepted.

  • Or you may ship to our warehouse (address provided)

Step 5 – Once received:

  • Verification takes 1–2 business days

  • Replacement dispatched within 3–5 business days

If identical product unavailable:

  • Option 1: Exchange for equivalent or higher-value item

  • Option 2: Store credit valid for 6 months

  • Option 3: Refund only if no alternative available (7–10 days processing)

7. SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY

  • One-time size exchange only, within 7 days

  • Product must meet eligibility conditions

  • Subject to stock availability

  • Shipping charge ₹100 (both ways)

  • Not applicable on Sale/Clearance products

8. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Inspect products on delivery
