Praadhi does NOT accept returns for refund.
We offer ONE-TIME REPLACEMENT or size exchange only, as per the policy below.
Once a replacement or exchange is completed, the transaction is considered final.
No refund and no return will be issued under any circumstance after a one-time exchange.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR REPLACEMENT
You can request a replacement only if:

Product received has a manufacturing defect (stitching issue, fabric damage, color bleeding, etc.)

Wrong item delivered (different color, size, or product)

Product damaged during transit (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos)
Replacement NOT applicable for:

Damages due to misuse, improper care, or washing

Removed or tampered tags/labels

Used, worn, washed, or altered items

Wrong size chosen by customer

Normal wear & tear or “not liked after seeing”

Minor color variation due to display differences

2. REPLACEMENT CONDITIONS
