**Before Dispatch:**
- Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement
- Full refund to original payment method

**After Dispatch:**
- Orders cannot be cancelled
- Refer to our Replacement Policy

**COD Orders:**
- Repeated cancellations may result in COD being blocked
- May affect future order eligibility

## 8. REFUNDS

- Product not available after order confirmation
- Order cancelled by us
- Replacement not available in stock

**Refund Process:**
- Refund to original payment method
- Processing time: 7-10 business days
- Bank processing may take additional 5-7 days
- COD orders: Bank transfer or store credit
