# SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

## 1. SHIPPING COVERAGE
We currently ship to all serviceable locations across India through our trusted courier partners.
**We ship to:**
- All major cities and metros
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
- Towns with courier connectivity
- Remote areas (subject to courier serviceability - may take longer)
**We currently do NOT ship to:**
- International addresses (coming soon)
- PO Box addresses
- Military/Armed Forces addresses (APO/FPO)
## 2. SHIPPING CHARGES
**FREE SHIPPING:**
- All orders above ₹1,500 (One Thousand Five Hundred Rupees Only)
- Applicable on prepaid orders only
- Calculated on cart value before discounts/coupons
**Standard Shipping:**
- Orders below ₹1,500: ₹100 flat shipping charge
- Cash on Delivery orders: ₹100 shipping + ₹50 COD handling fee
**Example:**
- Cart Value ₹1,200 + ₹100 shipping = ₹1,300 total
- Cart Value ₹1,600 + ₹0 shipping = ₹1,600 total (FREE!)
- Cart Value ₹1,200 (COD) + ₹100 shipping + ₹50 COD fee = ₹1,350 total
## 3. PROCESSING TIME
- **Order Processing:** 1-3 business days after order confirmation
- **Quality Check:** All products are quality checked before dispatch
- **Packaging:** Securely packed to prevent transit damage
- **Order Confirmation:** You'll receive confirmation email/SMS within 2 hours
**Note:** Orders placed on weekends/public holidays are processed on the next business day.
## 4. DELIVERY TIME
**Metro Cities (Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad):**
- Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days
**Tier 1 & 2 Cities:**
- Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days
**Tier 3 Cities & Towns:**
- Standard Delivery: 7-10 business days
**Remote/Hill Areas:**
- Delivery: 10-15 business days (subject to courier serviceability)
**Note:** Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:
- Weather conditions
- Political situations
- Natural calamities
- Courier partner delays
- Festive season rush
- Remote location accessibility
## 5. ORDER TRACKING
- Tracking details sent via SMS and email within 24 hours of dispatch

- Enter your order number and registered email/phone

## 6. DELIVERY ATTEMPT & RE-DELIVERY
**First Delivery Attempt:**
- Courier will make 2-3 delivery attempts
- You'll receive call/SMS before delivery
- Please ensure someone is available to receive
**If Delivery Failed:**
- Order held at local courier facility for 7 days
- Customer must arrange pickup OR
- Request re-delivery (additional ₹50 may apply)
- After 7 days, order returned to us
**RTO (Return to Origin):**
- If order is returned due to:
- Wrong address provided
- Customer unavailable after 3 attempts
- Customer refused delivery
- You'll be charged:
- Forward + Return shipping costs (₹200 total)
- Refund issued minus shipping charges
- 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product
## 7. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
**COD Available:**
- Orders up to ₹5,000 only
- COD charges: ₹50 per order
- Available in select serviceable PIN codes only
**COD Not Available For:**
- High-value orders (above ₹5,000)
- Remote areas (as per courier policy)
- Customers with previous order cancellation history
**Important:**
- Please keep exact change ready
- Inspect package before payment (don't open product)
- Once paid and accepted, no refund - only replacement as per policy
- Please take a video while opening the product for quick replacement service.
## 8. ADDRESS GUIDELINES
**Please Provide:**
- Complete address with landmark
- Correct PIN code
- Working mobile number (for delivery coordination)
- Alternate number (recommended)
**We Cannot Deliver To:**
- Incomplete addresses
- Wrong PIN codes
- Addresses without mobile number
**Address Change:**
- Can be changed within 6 hours of order placement
- After dispatch, address cannot be changed
- Contact support@praadhi.com immediately if needed
## 9. PRODUCT PACKAGING
- All products are packed in tamper-proof packaging
- Brand packaging with Praadhi logo
- Invoice enclosed inside package
- Products wrapped to prevent damage
- Please do not accept damaged/open packages
## 10. UNDELIVERED/LOST SHIPMENTS
**If your order is not delivered:**
- Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery date
- We'll investigate with courier partner
- Investigation takes 7-10 business days
- If confirmed lost:
- We'll reship the order (free), OR
- Issue full refund
**Our Liability:**
- Limited to order value only
- No liability for indirect/consequential losses
## 11. DELIVERY VERIFICATION
**At Time of Delivery:**
- Check package for tampering/damage
- Do NOT open the product
- Sign delivery receipt only if package is intact
- If damaged, refuse delivery and inform us immediately
**After Delivery:**
- Open package within 24 hours
- Check contents against invoice
- Report any issues within 24 hours for transit damage claims

For bulk orders (10+ pieces):

- Negotiated shipping rates
- Faster processing
## 13. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
**We do not ship:**
- Perishable items
- Hazardous materials
- Items prohibited by courier companies
- Currently no international shipping
## 14. FESTIVE SEASON / SALE PERIOD
- During peak season, add 2-3 extra days to delivery estimates
- Dispatch prioritized in order sequence
- Prepaid orders shipped before COD orders

Praadhi is not liable for delivery delays due to:
- Natural disasters
- Strikes/labor issues
- Government restrictions
- Pandemic-related lockdowns
- Acts of God
- Circumstances beyond our control
